If you are not satisfied with the quality of your item, we will gladly offer an exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 30 days of your order. After 45 days, returns will not be accepted.

How long will my order take?

Orders ship within 7 business days.  Our average order ship to time is 4 days.

How do you ship?
               
In Canada we ship via Canada Post Expedited service.  In the Unites States we ship via US Mail unless UPS is more cost effective.

What are your shipping rates?

We charge $8 per ship to address.  Sometimes the shipping costs us a little more & sometimes a little less, but we find that a flat standard rate is easy and fair.

Where are you located & can I pick up my order?
We have 2 locations.  One is in Mississauga, Ontario and the other is in Lewiston, NY.  Both locations are production and warehouse facilities not equipped for pick-ups.
 
Do you gift-wrap?  Do you have gift cards?
Yes and yes!  Gift-wrap is an optional & complimentary service.  Gifts are wrapped in the tissue paper of your choosing (navy and white or pink and white gingham, multi color checks, forest green or holiday wrap throughout December) and then “cello bagged.”  Finally we use premium organza or French wired ribbon to wrap up your package and included a gift card with your message.

Can you embroider on anything?
Just about…Anything from car floor mats to silk stockings.  If you want something embroidered that you don’t see on our website, chances are we can get it in stock and embroider it for you.  Just send an e-mail to francesca@itsperfectlypersonal.com with the specifics.

Can you embroider any design?
Just about….We have stock designs listed on our website, an additional 10,000 designs on CD and we do custom work.  We can create a logo for you or sew out your existing logo.  The only thing we don’t embroider is licensed or copyrighted designs. 

What is monogramming etiquette?
The most common rule is first name initial, last name initial and middle name initial, in that order. So Sarah Catherine Wilson’s monogram would look like:

S W C

Please enter your monogram as you want it to be stitched: first name initial, last name initial and middle name initial.
